I recently attended the Finance Pro II course in Houston Tx. The classes were excellent and I valued every minute I was there. However, what I have been more impressed with is the follow up Web coaching sessions that are available after the class. I was struggling with a few things in tying my whole presentation together but was unable to resolve anything on my own. After my first 30 minute web coaching session, my trainer was immediately able to detect my flaws in my presentation. We worked on it right then and there in the web session. I was able to communicate efficiently and the trainer was able to reiterate a few things that I had learned in the class but was unable to incorporate in my presentation. The lesson was taken and immediately put in place. My #'s the following month had improved significantly. My second session was just as effective but this time we actually worked on smoothing out a few closing techniques. Again I was immediately able to incorporate the things we worked on in the session and my #'s again improved the following month. I would say the Web coaching sessions have been the best tool I have ever had access to and has help me gain penetrations and increase my income!! I strongly recommend both the Finance Pro class and the follow up Web Coach sessions to any F&I Managers, and hope the follow up web coaching sessions can benefit you just as much as they have benefited me!!
