Sell More Phone Opportunities Receptionist will use our virtual training to understand the importance of handling incoming calls and the effects. She will learn how to answer, put customers on hold and when to transfer a call. Sales Management will learn how to coach improvement with their sales staff along with what their staff should be saying during the call. They will learn how to give daily warm ups with their sales staff. Sales Consultants will spend 60% of the workshop developing effective phone skills that impact floor traffic. They will learn to improve their phone skills through extensive phone activities. They will participate in a Ring Ring Role-Play that will show the instructor how much of the workshop they're retaining. Your Receptionist, Managers and Sales Consultants will have the foundation to handle your incoming sales calls and have the opportunity to double your phone sales.
Live Web Training Your sales professionals will be able to choose from a list of topics that will be held via the web. This is live streaming video design to give your professionals the tools for them to improve those areas they feel is important. They will be able to choose the topics that best help them and then be tested to insure they're retaining what is being taught. There is also a Q&A at the end of each course to address their concerns. These are one hour sessions design to get the greatest impact and give your sales professionals techniques they can use immediately. Live Webcast Meetings These meetings are designed to work with your management staff to support the workshop training. During these live web meetings, we will be discussing what's working well, what are the challenges, how do we impact those areas to improve, what other areas do they want to discuss and review Key Performance Indicators.
Retention Exams Each participate will receive a ten question exam to see how much they retained. They will be sent a test for each workshop or webcast they attend.
Managers Daily Warm-up Sessions Managers will be taught how to hold Daily Warm-up Sessions with their sales professionals. These are quick 5 minute sessions designed to impact the sales professional skill level for handling incoming sales calls. Through manager participation, it gives the sales professional the tools and skill set to improve their performance.
