This online class has given our dealership the opportunity to get all of our Scion Sales people trained without every having to leave the office.  Being offered in 2 hour sessions helps keep our Sales staff available to serve our customers.  I felt the training was just as effective as if they had attended a full day session off site.  Having the two way video worked great, and being able to have role play via video worked better than I expected.  Thank you GSFS for staying on the cutting edge when it comes to technology.

I wanted to take a minute to thank you so very much for offering the Scion Certification classes online.  The convenience of logging on and taking the classes in the dealership versus driving to a location off site has made Scion training very simple.   The use of the web cam for this interactive training has added what was missing from telephone training.  You have a true classroom setting without having to send personnel offsite for the better part of a day.  The use of the web cam is imperative for the feel of a classroom setting.   I appreciate all the hard work that the entire Compass Team have done to make this training easy and convenient.
